What happens
After verifying that you own the account, HiMC will delete or anonymise personal data associated with it. Your account will stop working and the deletion cannot be reversed.
Information we may retain
Limited transaction, safety, fraud-prevention or regulatory records may be retained when legitimately required. Retained information is restricted and removed when the applicable period ends.
Before submitting
Use the same email address and phone number registered to your HiMC account. Our team may contact you to verify ownership before completing deletion.
